The Role

We are looking for a creative who has an exceptional eye for detail and interest in brand implementation and development looking to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player, working with colleagues across several time zones, with excellent organisation and communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Senior Marketing Designer and wider team to produce great design, encourage each other and collaborate on creating the best work
  • Supporting our the brands in our Core product portfolio
  • Deliver compelling and creative approaches for our products whilst also following our brand guidelines.
  • Designing creative and engaging visual materials for print and digital platforms.  
  • Working across editorial, illustrative and photographic formats.

Skills and Experience

Essential for this role:

  • You will have a passion for design and a minimum of 2 years’ experience – whether that be freelance, an agency or an in-house team.
  • Experience of working in a design environment that can be evidenced by relevant portfolio examples. 
  • Strong understanding of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
  • Confident using your own initiative and communicating effectively with peers and senior management from other departments.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
  • An independent, self-motivated individual, who is able to work simultaneously on multiple projects to a tight schedule.
  • An understanding of print production.

Work Environment: 

We expect to operate a hybrid working model with some days spent in the Glasgow office and some working from home.  Where homeworking is allowed, the postholder is responsible for ensuring they have a suitable working space which supports high performance.
